Gatún Lake and the Emberá
By boat on Gatún Lake, at the heart of the canal, to meet the monkeys of Mono Island, then the Emberá indigenous community, its dances and crafts.
Day 4
San Lorenzo and Portobelo
The Caribbean coast, Fort San Lorenzo at the mouth of the Chagres and Portobelo, the port from which the gold-laden galleons sailed.

Volcano, forest and farm.

El Valle de Antón, a village nestled in the crater of an ancient volcano, its waterfalls and forest.
