Day 1

Flight to Sri Lanka

Flight to Colombo. Dinner and night on board.

Day 2

Arrival in Colombo – Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa

Welcome at the airport and drive to Sigiriya. In the afternoon, the UNESCO site of Polonnaruwa: the royal palace, the pools and the three Buddhas. As an option, an introduction to Ayurvedic massage.

Day 3

Lion Rock and Hiriwadunna

The fortress of Sigiriya, then Hiriwadunna village by small tractor through the rice fields, an Ayurvedic herbal tea in a village hut and a canoe ride. In the evening, traditional dances. As an option, a jeep safari among the elephants.

Day 4

Dambulla – Matale – Kandy

The Golden Temple of Dambulla, then the Matale spice garden: cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, turmeric and vanilla. Arrival in Kandy.

Day 5

Kandy – Peradeniya – Beruwala

The Temple of the Tooth, then the Peradeniya botanical gardens, before the drive to the coast and the Naya Collection The Eden 5* in Beruwala.

Beruwala, free day

A free day at the Naya Collection The Eden 5*, between the pool and the private beach. The hotel also offers a cooking demonstration, a visit to a sea-turtle conservation farm and a cruise on the Bentota river. All-inclusive available as an option.
