Eight days between Marrakech and the deep south: the Tizi n'Tichka pass at 2,260 m, the kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou, the palm groves of the Draa valley, the Dadès and Todra gorges, then the Tafilalet on the edge of the Sahara. An escorted circuit with two full days in Marrakech, one of them free. A 4x4 version with 4* hotels is also available.

Two full days in Marrakech to ease in: the Menara gardens, the Koutoubia, the medina and its souks, before heading south.
Day 1
Flight to Marrakech
Fly to Morocco, airport welcome and transfer to the hotel. Dinner (or a cold meal depending on flight times) and overnight in Marrakech.
Day 2
Marrakech, from the Menara to the medina
A visit of Marrakech: the Menara gardens, the Koutoubia mosque, then the medina as far as Jemaa el-Fna square.
Day 3
Beyond the Tizi n'Tichka pass the landscape changes: red-earth kasbahs, palm-filled valleys and film sets, for Ouarzazate is nicknamed Morocco's Hollywood.
Day 3
Marrakech – Aït Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
Drive to Ouarzazate (220 km) over the Tizi n'Tichka pass and its views of the High Atlas, with a visit to the kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou, a fortified earthen village.
Days 4-5
From the Todra gorges to the edge of the Sahara: red rock walls, palm groves, the oases of the Tafilalet and tracks that remind you the desert begins here.
Day 4
Ouarzazate – Todra Gorge – Erfoud
Drive to the Todra gorges (320 km as far as Erfoud), through palm groves and valleys, to the edge of the desert.
Day 5
Erfoud – Tazarine – Ouarzazate
A look at the pre-Saharan Tafilalet region, its desert landscapes and oases, then back to Ouarzazate via Tazarine (350 km).
Days 6-8
The return offers one last panorama of the High Atlas, then a free day on full board to revisit the medina, gardens and souks before departure.
Day 6
Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Back to Marrakech (200 km) with a panoramic view of the High Atlas.
Day 7
Free day in Marrakech
A free day on full board, with many optional excursions available.
Day 8
Return home
Breakfast, free time, then transfer to the airport according to flight times.
