Day 1

A first dinner, cooking by women

Check-in at a riad in the heart of the medina, then a first dinner at a restaurant run entirely by women — family recipes passed down through generations, far from the standardised tourist addresses. A fine introduction to a stay built entirely around food.

Day 3

A tagine workshop

A morning in the kitchen with a Moroccan chef to learn the basics of tagine and a few traditional dishes — choosing spices, slow cooking, plating. The meal, prepared with your own hands, is then enjoyed on the terrace — the best way to take a little of Moroccan cooking home with you.

Day 4

Balloon flight, camels and stars

Waking before dawn for a hot-air balloon flight over the Agafay desert, followed by breakfast served in the open air on landing. Lunch at a legendary desert camp, then a camel visit to a Berber village. The evening closes with dinner under the stars, narrated by an astronomer with a telescope in hand.

Day 5

A sidecar transfer

Leaving the desert camp aboard a vintage sidecar — an unusual way to reach the rural lodge tucked among the olive trees, about thirty minutes from Marrakech. Check-in with a view over the gardens and the Atlas mountains in the distance.
